Terms and Conditions
- Plans below 3000/- are available only for Renewals or already Wired Buildings..
- Applicable Service Tax is excluded in all plans.
- CHEQUE OR DD IN FAVOR OF 'Airlink Communications Pvt. Ltd.'
- Premium Duo plan timing D: Day 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM & N: Night 09:00 PM to 09:00 AM.
- Frame Static IP (Dialer based) available @1200/-per year. Static IP available for SME & ILL Plans Only.
- All Unlimited Plans usage is as per Fair Usage Policy. Please refer document available on"http://www.airlinkcpl.net/usage-policy.htm".
- All packages of 4 Mbps or above are Subject to Technical Feasibility. It is sole discretion of the company to decide the technical feasibility.
- All packages are Pre-paid and no refund will be given in any case.
- Installation Charge is non-refundable in any event. Installation Charges for Wireless connection is2500/-. Wireless will be installed on sharing basis.
- In normal circumstances, expected time for NEW Installation is 7 working days after technical feasibility is done.
- Renewal Activation time will be 24 Hrs. after submission of CRF with payments at office.
- Shifting Charges for Wired conenction is 1500/-. Shifting charges for Wireless connection is 2500/-. Shifting is subject to technical feasibility at proposed new location.
- Documents Required for New Connection
- One Passport size Photo.
- One ID Proof (Licence/PAN Card/Voter ID) Photo Copy.
- One Address Proof (Electricity Bill/BSNL Telephone Bill/SMC Tax Bill). Without documents Application CRF will be rejected.
- Speeds mentioned in all Broadband Plans are Burstable up to the specefied speed limit of the plan.
- Internet Security is Subscribers responsibility and all Customers are advised to take necessary security precautions.
- Internet is a Shared medium and any end to end bandwidth cannot be assured.
- We follow TRAI guidelines by providing more througuput then suggested Maximum Contention Ratio for Home users which is 1 : 50 between ISP node to User end for BroadBand Users.
